Q: What is the starting point for discussing with you my specific needs for one or more of your services?

A: We think it’s best to start simple. Just use our Contact Us page to send us a short description of your business, what sort of CFO- or corporate finance-related service we can help you with and some detail on the deadline(s) you’d like us to meet. We’ll typically come back to you within one business day with some additional questions and suggest a day and time that fits your schedule for a phone call or Skype conversation.

Q: When do you start charging us for your services?

A: We want you and us to be sure we can provide what you need within your timeframe and budget. Our initial conversations and discussions are at no cost to you. Only after we have a written agreement in place with you will we begin to charge you for our time and effort. Any time we spend with you prior to that is our investment in clearly understanding your company and your need for our services.

Q: How much do your services cost?

That is completely dependent on the specifics of your project, the current state of your planning for your project and your deadline. We typically work on an hourly basis, but we can also provide you with a fixed price budget that includes mutually-agreed milestones for work and payment.

Q: How can we pay you for your services?

We typically request that our customers use PayPal for any payments to us with a 20 percent down payment before work begins on fixed price projects. We will submit invoices to you for every 10 hours of work we perform on an hourly project.
